This Privacy Policy explains how KIPN.AI, operated by Hana Rynkov, an individual business owner registered in Israel as an Osek Murshe (VAT-registered sole proprietor) (“KIPN.AI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal data and related information in connection with the KIPN.AI service available at https://kipn.ai and any related domain operated by KIPN.AI (the “Service”).
The Service provides beta software functionality for analyzing supported automation workflow JSON files and generating automated analytical reports.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with the KIPN.AI Terms and Conditions.
1. Who We Are
KIPN.AI is operated by Hana Rynkov, an individual business owner registered in Israel as an Osek Murshe.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the KIPN.AI website, web application, account functionality, workflow JSON submission functionality, report generation functionality, Free Plans, Paid Plans, and related services that link to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, products, services, or integrations that are not operated by KIPN.AI. Such third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
KIPN.AI does not connect to Customer’s n8n, Make, or other automation accounts through OAuth, API keys, or direct platform integrations as part of the current Service. The Service processes workflow JSON files submitted by Customer through the website or application.
3. Information KIPN.AI Collects
KIPN.AI collects information provided by Customer, information generated through use of the Service, and technical information collected automatically.
3.1 Account and Authentication Information
When Customer creates or uses an Account, KIPN.AI may collect information required for registration, authentication, account administration, security, billing, fraud prevention, and operation of the Service.
This may include name, email address, authentication identifiers, login method, account status, plan status, and related account information.
3.2 Workflow Files and Sanitized Workflow Files
The Service allows Customer to submit supported exported workflow JSON files from automation platforms such as n8n and Make.
Workflow JSON may be submitted by browser file selection or by pasting JSON into the Service. The Service is designed to sanitize Workflow Files before server-side upload, storage, and report generation by replacing values classified by the Service as sensitive with placeholder, category, error-code, or equivalent replacement values.
KIPN.AI is designed to process and store Sanitized Workflow Files, not raw unsanitized Workflow Files submitted through the normal Service flow.
Workflow Files are expected to contain automation configuration data. They are not intended to contain personal records, regulated datasets, confidential business payloads, payment card data, health data, children’s data, government identifiers, special-category data, or other sensitive regulated information. Customer shall not intentionally insert or include such information in Workflow Files submitted to the Service.
Sanitization is automated and may not identify, classify, replace, or remove all sensitive, confidential, personal, regulated, or secret information. Customer remains responsible for reviewing Workflow Files before submission and for ensuring that Workflow Files do not contain information that Customer is not permitted to submit or process through the Service.
3.3 Reports and Analysis Outputs
KIPN.AI generates and stores Reports based on Sanitized Workflow Files. Reports may include scores, findings, classifications, recommendations, explanations, summaries, report history, workflow names, file names, timestamps, and related metadata.
Reports are automated analytical outputs and may reflect KIPN.AI’s proprietary scoring methodology, rules, heuristics, assumptions, professional judgment, automated systems, and, where applicable, AI-assisted components.
3.4 Billing and Payment Information
Where Customer purchases a Paid Plan, paid report, subscription, add-on, usage credit, or other paid feature, KIPN.AI and its payment processors may collect and process billing-related information.
KIPN.AI does not intentionally store full payment card numbers where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. Payment processors may collect and process payment card details, billing details, transaction records, invoices, tax information, payment status, and related payment data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
3.5 Communications and Support Information
If Customer contacts KIPN.AI for support, privacy requests, account deletion, billing questions, feedback, sales inquiries, or other communications, KIPN.AI may collect and retain the content of those communications and related contact details.
3.6 Device, Log, Security, and Usage Information
When Customer accesses or uses the Service, KIPN.AI may automatically collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, feature interactions, session events, timestamps, error logs, diagnostic logs, security events, login history, and other information used to operate, secure, monitor, debug, and improve the Service.
3.7 Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
KIPN.AI may use cookies, local storage, analytics technologies, and similar technologies to operate the Service, authenticate sessions, remember preferences, maintain security, understand usage, measure performance, improve the Service, and support analytics.
Cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, session management, preferences, or operation of the Service may be used without prior consent where permitted by applicable law.
Analytics cookies and similar non-essential technologies are used only where Customer has provided consent, where such consent is required by applicable law.
Customer may manage cookies through browser settings and, where available, through the Service’s cookie consent controls. Disabling certain cookies or similar technologies may affect Service functionality.
3.8 Information KIPN.AI Does Not Intend to Collect
The Service is intended primarily for automation workflow configuration data. It is not intended for processing personal records, regulated datasets, confidential business payloads, payment card data, health data, children’s data, government identifiers, special-category data, or other sensitive regulated information.
Customer must not submit such information to the Service unless Customer has all legal rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases required to do so and unless all required contractual arrangements with KIPN.AI have been executed.
The Service is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age, and KIPN.AI does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
4. How KIPN.AI Uses Information
KIPN.AI may use information collected through the Service for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate, maintain, and administer the Service;
- to create, authenticate, manage, secure, and support Accounts;
- to validate Workflow Files and generate Reports;
- to store report history and make Reports available through Customer’s Account;
- to provide Free Plans, Paid Plans, paid reports, subscriptions, billing, invoices, payment processing, and related account administration;
- to communicate with Customer regarding the Service, Account, billing, security, support, legal notices, updates, and administrative matters;
- to respond to inquiries, support requests, privacy requests, account deletion requests, and feedback;
- to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, misuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, technical issues, and violations of KIPN.AI’s Terms;
- to debug, monitor, analyze, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to develop, test, improve, evaluate, and benchmark scoring methodology, rules, heuristics, AI-assisted components, report quality, reliability, security, and performance;
- to create and use de-identified, anonymized, aggregated, statistical, or derivative data;
- to comply with applicable law, legal process, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations;
- to enforce KIPN.AI’s Terms and protect the rights, property, safety, and interests of KIPN.AI, Customers, and third parties.
5. AI-Assisted Processing
The Service may use artificial intelligence systems, machine-learning systems, large-language models, model providers, cloud AI services, or similar automated technologies to generate, enhance, classify, summarize, explain, or support Reports and other Service outputs.
Where the Service operates as designed, AI-assisted processing is performed on Sanitized Workflow Files, Reports, and related Service data, not on raw unsanitized Workflow Files.
KIPN.AI may process Sanitized Workflow Files, Reports, and related Service data through such systems for the purpose of providing the Service, improving the Service, and developing Service functionality.
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, inconsistent, misleading, or fabricated. Customer is responsible for reviewing and validating Reports and other outputs before relying on them.
KIPN.AI does not sell Customer Content to third parties. KIPN.AI does not intentionally disclose Customer’s Workflow Files or Reports to other customers in identifiable form.
6. De-Identified Data and Service Improvement
KIPN.AI may use Sanitized Workflow Files, Reports, usage data, technical data, and related information to create de-identified, anonymized, aggregated, statistical, or derivative data that does not identify Customer or any individual in a manner reasonably intended by KIPN.AI.
KIPN.AI may use such data to operate, maintain, analyze, improve, benchmark, train, test, evaluate, and develop the Service, including scoring methodology, rules, heuristics, AI-assisted components, report quality, safety, reliability, and performance.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KIPN.AI may retain and use de-identified, anonymized, aggregated, statistical, or derivative data indefinitely.
For clarity, Workflow Files are intended to contain workflow configuration data and are not intended to contain personal data or regulated personal information. Customer is responsible for any personal data, regulated data, or Sensitive Data intentionally inserted into a Workflow File or otherwise submitted to the Service contrary to this Privacy Policy or the Terms.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis for processing personal data, KIPN.AI relies on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service, Accounts, Reports, Paid Plans, billing, support, and related functionality.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, maintain, improve, analyze, and protect the Service; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce legal rights; and develop Service functionality, provided such interests are not overridden by applicable rights and interests.
- Consent — where consent is required, including for certain cookies, marketing communications, or other optional processing.
- Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws, tax, accounting, audit, regulatory, court, or governmental requirements.
- Protection of rights and safety — where processing is necessary to protect the rights, property, security, or safety of KIPN.AI, Customers, users, or third parties.
8. How KIPN.AI Shares Information
KIPN.AI does not sell personal data or personal information for money. KIPN.AI does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable privacy law unless otherwise disclosed and where applicable opt-out rights are provided.
KIPN.AI may disclose information in the following circumstances:
8.1 Service Providers
KIPN.AI may disclose information to service providers that process information on KIPN.AI’s behalf or support operation of the Service, including hosting, infrastructure, database, authentication, analytics, email, payment processing, AI/model, security, monitoring, support, and related vendors.
Such service providers are authorized to process information as necessary to provide services to KIPN.AI and are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
8.2 Payment Processors
Where Customer purchases a Paid Plan or other paid feature, payment and billing information may be processed by third-party payment processors. KIPN.AI is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of payment processors.
8.3 Legal, Safety, and Enforcement
KIPN.AI may disclose information where KIPN.AI reasonably believes disclosure is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, legal process, court order, regulator request, governmental request, tax or accounting obligation, enforce KIPN.AI’s Terms, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the Service, investigate security incidents, or protect the rights, property, safety, or interests of KIPN.AI, Customers, users, or third parties.
8.4 Corporate Transactions
KIPN.AI may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, insolvency, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality or successor obligations where applicable.
8.5 Customer Direction or Consent
KIPN.AI may disclose information where Customer directs, authorizes, requests, or consents to such disclosure.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may interoperate with, depend on, integrate with, or reference Third-Party Services.
KIPN.AI does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, terms, availability, accuracy, or conduct of Third-Party Services.
Customer’s use of Third-Party Services is subject to the privacy policies, terms, and practices of the applicable third-party providers.
References to n8n, Make, or any other third party do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, certification, or affiliation unless expressly stated by KIPN.AI.
10. Data Processing; No DPA Unless Executed
The Service is intended primarily for processing automation workflow configuration data and not for processing personal data, regulated data, or sensitive personal information.
KIPN.AI does not agree to act as Customer’s processor, service provider, contractor, business associate, or equivalent regulated processing role with respect to Customer Content unless KIPN.AI has expressly agreed to such role in a separate written agreement.
To the extent Customer submits personal data to the Service without such written agreement, Customer does so at Customer’s own responsibility and represents that such submission is lawful and does not require KIPN.AI to enter into any data processing agreement, data processing addendum, standard contractual clauses, transfer mechanism, business associate agreement, or equivalent written data-processing terms.
Customer shall not submit personal data to the Service where applicable law requires a data processing agreement, data processing addendum, standard contractual clauses, transfer mechanism, business associate agreement, or other written data-processing terms unless such terms have been executed or otherwise agreed in writing by KIPN.AI.
In the absence of a written data processing agreement with KIPN.AI, Customer shall not submit Workflow Files or Customer Content containing personal data, regulated data, special-category data, protected health information, payment card data, government identifiers, children’s data, or other data requiring specific legal, contractual, or regulatory safeguards.
11. International Data Transfers
KIPN.AI is operated from Israel and may process information in Israel, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries where KIPN.AI or its service providers operate.
Where KIPN.AI transfers personal data from jurisdictions that restrict international transfers, KIPN.AI relies on transfer mechanisms and safeguards where required by applicable law. Such mechanisms may include adequacy decisions, contractual commitments, standard contractual clauses where executed, or other lawful mechanisms.
Customer acknowledges that use of the Service may involve processing of information outside Customer’s country of residence or establishment.
12. Data Retention
KIPN.AI retains personal data and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain Accounts, generate and store Reports, provide report history, administer Paid Plans, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, and operate KIPN.AI’s business.
Account information is generally retained for the duration of the Account and thereafter as necessary or permitted by law.
Sanitized Workflow Files and Reports may be retained for as long as Customer maintains an Account or as otherwise necessary to provide Service functionality, report history, legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business records.
Billing, transaction, tax, accounting, and legal records may be retained for the periods required or permitted by applicable law.
Support, communications, security, diagnostic, and usage records may be retained as necessary for support, security, audit, troubleshooting, dispute resolution, and business records.
De-identified, anonymized, aggregated, statistical, or derivative data may be retained indefinitely.
KIPN.AI may delete, de-identify, or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless retention is required or permitted by applicable law.
KIPN.AI does not warrant that Customer Content, Reports, history, or Account data will always remain available or recoverable. In the event of technical failure, infrastructure failure, storage failure, data corruption, security incident, disaster, or other event causing data loss, KIPN.AI may be unable to restore or recreate lost data.
13. Security
KIPN.AI uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Such measures may include, as applicable, authentication controls, authorization controls, encryption in transit, access controls, validation, sanitization, monitoring, logging, vendor controls, and other administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
No online service, software system, transmission method, storage system, authentication mechanism, sanitization mechanism, or security control is completely secure. KIPN.AI does not warrant or guarantee that information will be completely secure, uninterrupted, error-free, immune from unauthorized access, or free from vulnerabilities or security incidents.
If Customer becomes aware of a security issue involving the Service, Customer may contact support@kipn.ai.
14. Account Deletion
Customer may request deletion of an Account by contacting support@kipn.ai.
Following deletion of an Account, Customer may lose access to the Account, Customer Content, Reports, history, paid features, unused credits, and related Service data.
KIPN.AI may retain information to the extent necessary or permitted under applicable law, including for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of terms, tax, accounting, audit, legal compliance, and legitimate business record purposes.
KIPN.AI may require reasonable verification of identity or Account ownership before processing an Account deletion request.
15. Privacy Rights
Where applicable to KIPN.AI and to the relevant request, and depending on Customer’s location and applicable law, Customer may have rights regarding personal data, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing.
KIPN.AI will respond to rights requests as required by applicable law.
To exercise privacy rights, contact support@kipn.ai. KIPN.AI may require verification of identity or authority before processing a request.
Where KIPN.AI processes personal data on behalf of a Customer or organization under a separate written agreement, individual requests should be directed to the relevant Customer or organization in the first instance, and KIPN.AI may support that Customer or organization as required by applicable law and any applicable written agreement.
15.1 EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents
Where the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss data-protection law, or similar law applies, rights may include the right to access personal data, request correction, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing, receive data portability, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
15.2 California Residents
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies, California residents may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
KIPN.AI’s disclosures regarding sale, sharing, and cross-context behavioral advertising are set out in Section 8.
15.3 Israeli Residents
Where Israeli privacy law applies, individuals may have rights to inspect personal information held about them and request correction or deletion of information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, subject to applicable law.
15.4 Other Jurisdictions
Residents of other jurisdictions may have similar or additional rights under applicable privacy laws. KIPN.AI will honor such rights to the extent required by applicable law.
16. Cookies and Analytics Choices
Customer may control cookies through browser settings and, where available, through the Service’s cookie consent controls.
Certain cookies or local storage may be necessary for authentication, security, session management, preferences, or operation of the Service. KIPN.AI may also use analytics cookies or similar non-essential technologies to understand usage, measure performance, and improve the Service.
Where consent is required by applicable law, KIPN.AI uses analytics cookies and similar non-essential technologies only after consent has been provided.
Disabling certain cookies or similar technologies may affect Service functionality.
Customer may also contact support@kipn.ai regarding privacy choices or objections to certain processing where applicable law provides such rights.
17. Marketing Communications
KIPN.AI may send administrative, transactional, security, billing, and service-related communications that are necessary or relevant to the Service.
KIPN.AI may send marketing communications where permitted by applicable law or with consent where required. Recipients may opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting support@kipn.ai.
Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent KIPN.AI from sending non-marketing communications relating to Accounts, billing, security, legal notices, support, or Service administration.
18. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years old. KIPN.AI does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Customer remains responsible for all decisions, actions, workflow changes, business decisions, technical changes, or reliance based on any Report or Service output.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
KIPN.AI may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Where required by applicable law, KIPN.AI will provide notice of material changes and obtain consent where consent is required. Continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective may be treated as acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law, but does not limit any privacy rights Customer may have under applicable law.
